Shaleen's Recipe Book
Shaleen’s Recipes are a compilation of my favorites. I am not a fancy cook. Most of these recipes are
very simple and easy to follow. Hope you enjoy them!!!
Some people like to freezer food cook by doubling the recipe, eating one meal that night and putting
the other one in the freezer for another time. All of the recipes that say FREEZE can be made to eat
that evening without freezing, of course.
All of the recipes are ones we use and enjoy. The recipes with three asterisks before them are some of
our very favorites (example: ***Creamy Chicken Enchiladas).
Most of the meals in this cookbook are for my large family of ten. You might need to halve the recipe
OR you could use a recipe and then separate it into two, three or four meals for the freezer for your
family!
